Visualization Hacks: Manifesting Tips for Busy Moms

Being a mom is a whirlwind of diaper changes, kissing boo-boos, and making beautiful memories. But amongst the spilled snacks and bedtime battles, carving out time for self-reflection and manifestation can feel like an impossible task. Here are some visualization hacks for busy moms. These tips will teach you, as the busy mom you are, how you can visualize and manifest your desires even in the midst of mom-life chaos. Visualization Hacks for Busy Moms:

  • Mini-Meditations: While waiting in line at the grocery store, or during naptime, close your eyes and visualize your desires for just 5 minutes. See yourself achieving your goals and visualize what it will feel like when you reach those goals. Set a timer on your phone for 5 minutes, or start with 2 minutes. The time doesn’t matter, the intent is whats important. 
  • Power Shower: Use your shower time for quick visualizations. This might be my one of my favorite visualization hacks for busy moms. Imagine yourself happy, confident, fulfilled, or achieving a specific goal, while the warm water washes over you. If your child is anything like my toddler then you have a solid 45 seconds…just kidding! But, I am a pro at 5 minute showers these days! 
  • Daily Commute : If you travel to work by driving or using public transportation, use that time for visualization. Imagine your dreams unfolding and feel the positive emotions wash over you. This is a great time to say your daily positive affirmations as well! 

Journaling for Busy Moms:

  • Start Small: Commit to just 5-10 minutes of journaling before bed or during naptime. Jot down your thoughts, dreams, or frustrations – or use the guided prompts in my Manifestation Journal to quickly Jumpstart your abundance mindset. 
  • Morning Manifesto: Start your day with a few positive affirmations written in your journal. This hypes you up for the day and leeps you focused on your intentions. You can also do this anywhere like on a lunch break at work. Especially if you’re using a digital manifestation journal like this one. 
  • Phone Notes: Use a notes app to capture  thoughts, inspiration, or ideas for your journaling sessions ro come back to when you have more time.

Manifestation for Multitasking Mamas:

  • Gratitude on the Go: While folding laundry or cooking dinner, express gratitude for the good things in your life, big or small. This reinforces positivity and attracts more abundance. Gratitude is so important when employing these visualization hacks for busy moms.
  • Vision Board on a Budget: Cut out inspiring images from magazines or print them from online sources. Stick them on your mirror, refrigerator, or even a portable notebook you carry with you. Or, create a digital vision board and have it with you always
  • Affirmations on the Go: Affirmations may be the key to this all, earning its spot on the visualization hacks for busy moms list. Choose a positive affirmation that coincides with your desires and repeat it throughout the day. You can do this while driving, showering, cooking, or putting away dishes. You don’t even have to say them out loud. Repeating them in your head is enough.
